- Automatic deletion — temporary data like voice recordings are deleted immediately after processing
AI and your privacy
Our AI is designed to understand and support your emotional journey while maintaining strict privacy boundaries.

We use Google's Gemini AI for generating empathetic responses. This processing is done securely and your data is not stored by Google for training purposes.

Your rights and control
You maintain complete control over your personal information.
- Access your data — download all your journal entries and insights
- Correct information — update or modify any personal information
- Delete everything — permanently remove your account and all associated data
- Opt out — disable specific features like analytics or notifications
- Data portability — export your data in a readable format
If you choose to delete your account, we provide a 15-day grace period during which you can restore everything by logging back in. After 15 days, all data is permanently and securely deleted.
International users
We respect privacy regulations worldwide and provide the same high level of protection to all users, regardless of location.
For EU users (GDPR)
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation and provide all rights outlined above. Our legal basis for processing is your consent and our legitimate interest in providing emotional well-being services.

Children's privacy
Minddump is designed for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you're a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
