Minddump Is Not Medical Treatment

We offer Minddump with both free and premium features, always keeping your emotional well-being as the priority, not profit.
Free Features

Premium Features
- Unlimited daily entries for deeper exploration
- Advanced emotional insights and analytics
- Personalized AI-crafted reminders
- Extended voice recording for richer expression

💳 Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's policies
- Your free features remain available even if you cancel premium
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
📱 Third-Party Terms of Service
When you download and use Minddump from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's terms and conditions.
Apple App Store Terms
- You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Sorcel Tech only, and not with Apple Inc.
- Apple is not responsible for Minddump or the content thereof
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support services for Minddump
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to Minddump or your possession and/or use of Minddump
- In the event of any failure of Minddump to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Minddump
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof
🌐 Export Control and Compliance
Minddump is designed to be used worldwide, but we must comply with various international laws and regulations.
Export Control
- You may not use or otherwise export or re-export Minddump except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Minddump was obtained
- In particular, but without limitation, Minddump may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any U.S.-embargoed countries or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List or Entity List
- By using Minddump, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list
- You also agree that you will not use Minddump for any purposes prohibited by United States law
Government End Users
If you are a U.S. Government end user, Minddump and related documentation are "Commercial Items" as defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of "Commercial Computer Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation."
🔒 Enhanced Liability Terms
While we care deeply about your experience, Apple's App Store requires specific liability terms that we must include.
Apple-Specific Limitations
- Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging any third-party claim that Minddump or your possession and use of the app infringes that third party's intellectual property rights
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Minddump (e.g., you must not be in violation of your wireless data service agreement when using the app)
- Apple and its subsidiaries are not responsible for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind related to your use of Minddump
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance, technical, or other support for Minddump
Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that Minddump or your possession and use of the app infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Sorcel Tech, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
📲 Device Requirements and Compatibility
To provide you with the best experience, Minddump has specific requirements and compatibility guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- iOS: iOS 12.0 or later
- Compatible with: iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
- Storage: At least 100MB of available storage space
- Internet: Active internet connection required for AI features and sync
- Permissions: Microphone access for voice recording (optional)
- Biometrics: Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode for security features
🔄 Updates and Compatibility
- We regularly update Minddump to support the latest iOS versions
- Older devices may experience limited functionality with newer app versions
- We recommend keeping your device and the app updated for the best experience
- Some features may require specific hardware capabilities
📊 Your Content and Privacy
Your thoughts, feelings, and personal reflections belong to you. We're simply the guardians of the safe space where you express them.
Your Ownership
- You own all the journal entries, thoughts, and personal content you create
- You can export, modify, or delete your content at any time
- We never claim ownership of your personal reflections
How We Use Your Content

- App Improvement: Anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI (you can opt out)

⚖️ License to Use
Minddump is licensed, not sold. Sorcel Tech grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Minddump.
What This License Includes
- Personal, non-commercial use of Minddump on your Apple devices
- Access to all features included in your subscription tier
- Regular updates and improvements as they become available
- Technical support through our official channels
License Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Minddump
- You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- You may not use Minddump for any commercial purpose
- You must comply with all applicable laws when using Minddump
🌍 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Sorcel Tech is incorporated, but our commitment to treating you with respect and dignity is universal.
Dispute Resolution
If we ever have a disagreement, we're committed to resolving it with the same care and understanding we bring to everything else. We prefer to work things out directly before involving lawyers or courts.
For Apple App Store Users
Any disputes arising from your use of Minddump downloaded from the Apple App Store will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the county where Sorcel Tech's principal place of business is located, except as otherwise required by Apple's Terms of Service.
⏹️ Termination
While we hope Minddump will be a long-term companion in your emotional journey, there may be times when our agreement needs to end.
When You Can Terminate
- You may stop using Minddump at any time
- You can delete the app from your device
- You can cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings
- You can request account deletion through the app or by contacting us
When We May Terminate
- If you violate these terms in a way that harms others or the service
- If you use Minddump for purposes it wasn't designed for
- If we're required to do so by law
- If we discontinue the service (with reasonable notice)
What Happens After Termination
- Your right to use Minddump will end immediately
- We'll retain your data according to our Privacy Policy
- You can request data export before termination
- Paid subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rated refunds per Apple's policy
- Sections of these terms that should survive (like privacy commitments) will remain in effect
