Welcome to Minddump — the brain dump app for ADHD and racing minds. These terms represent a mutual understanding between you and Sorcel Tech about how we work together to keep the space useful, private, and safe.
By using Minddump, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using Minddump
What Minddump offers
- A place to dump whatever's running through your head — text or voice
- AI responses and weekly pattern insights
- Mood and trigger tracking over time
- End-to-end encryption and biometric lock to keep your dumps private
How to use Minddump responsibly
- Use the app for personal note-taking, brain dumps, and pattern tracking
- Share your authentic thoughts
- Don't use it as a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or therapy services
- Remember that our AI provides supportive reflection, not medical advice or diagnosis
Community guidelines
These guidelines help us keep Minddump useful and safe.
- If you're in crisis, please reach out to professional help immediately — Minddump is not an emergency or crisis service
- Do not share content that promotes harm to yourself or others
- Do not share personal information about others — Minddump is your personal space
- Use the app for its intended purpose: capturing thoughts, tracking patterns, and externalizing what's on your mind
Important health information
Minddump is a personal note-taking and brain-dump tool. It is not a medical, mental health, therapy, or healthcare service.
Minddump does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, including ADHD. Our AI provides supportive reflection, not medical advice or diagnosis. We do not replace professional therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medication management. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

Subscription and payments
Minddump offers both free and premium features.
Free features
- Core brain dump capture and AI responses
- Basic mood tracking
- Daily entry limits and 2-minute voice recording cap

Premium features
- Unlimited daily entries
- Advanced pattern analytics and calendar insights
- Personalized AI-crafted nudges
- Unlimited voice recording length
- Premium themes and customization
Payment terms
- Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Manage and cancel subscriptions in your Account Settings on the respective store
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's policies
- Your free features remain available even if you cancel premium
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period
Third-party terms
Apple App Store
- These Terms are between you and Sorcel Tech only, and not with Apple Inc.
- Apple is not responsible for Minddump or the content thereof
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for Minddump
- In the event of any failure to conform to applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you
Export control and compliance
You may not use or export Minddump except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app was obtained. Minddump may not be exported or re-exported into any U.S.-embargoed countries or to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List.
If you are a U.S. Government end user, Minddump and related documentation are "Commercial Items" as defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of "Commercial Computer Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation."
Liability and warranties
- Minddump is provided "as is" for your personal use
- We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from using the app
- We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI responses
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid for premium features
This does not limit our responsibility for keeping your data secure or providing the service as described.
Apple-specific limitations
- Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party intellectual property claim relating to Minddump
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Minddump
- Apple and its subsidiaries are not responsible for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses related to your use of Minddump
Intellectual property
In the event of any third-party claim that Minddump infringes intellectual property rights, Sorcel Tech — not Apple — is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
Device requirements
- iOS 14.0 or later / Android 7.0 or later
- At least 100 MB of available storage space
- Active internet connection required for AI features and sync
- Microphone access for voice recording (optional)
- Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode for security features
We regularly update Minddump to support the latest OS versions. Older devices may experience limited functionality with newer app versions.
Your content
Your dumps belong to you.
- You own all entries and personal content you create
- You can export, modify, or delete your content at any time
- We never claim ownership of your personal content
How we use your content
- AI processing — to generate AI replies, mood tags, and weekly insights
- Personal analytics — to show you patterns over time
- App improvement — anonymized and aggregated data only (you can opt out)
We will never share, sell, or use your personal content for advertising. Your dumps are private, and we treat them as such.
License to use
Minddump is licensed, not sold. Sorcel Tech grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Minddump.
- Personal, non-commercial use on your devices
- Access to all features included in your subscription tier
- Regular updates and improvements as they become available
License restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Minddump
- You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- You may not use Minddump for any commercial purpose
- You must comply with all applicable laws when using the app
Termination
When you can terminate
- You may stop using Minddump at any time
- You can cancel your subscription through your store account settings
- You can request account deletion through the app or by contacting us
When we may terminate
- If you violate these terms in a way that harms others or the service
- If you use Minddump for purposes it wasn't designed for
- If we're required to do so by law
- If we discontinue the service (with reasonable notice)
After termination, your right to use Minddump ends immediately. We'll retain your data according to our Privacy Policy. You can request data export before termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Sorcel Tech is incorporated. We prefer to resolve disagreements directly before involving lawyers or courts.
Any disputes arising from use of Minddump downloaded from the Apple App Store will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the county where Sorcel Tech's principal place of business is located, except as otherwise required by Apple's Terms of Service.
Changes to these terms
- We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or email
- You'll have time to review and understand any updates
- Major changes will include a summary in plain language
- Your continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms
